Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the product is in its original, unworn condition to qualify for a full refund.
Schedule a Pickup
Choose a convenient time for our courier partner to collect the package from your doorstep, or drop it off at any of our authorized shipping locations using the provided prepaid label.
Receive Refund or Exchange
